August 29th : COLD ROASTING PIG
Those who object to roast pig as being too rich, may with safety partake of it cold; as in that state the fat can be cut away, and the crackling only eaten with the lean. A little fresh mustard is an admirable adjunct, and a glass of Curagoa may be taken with advantage after your repast.
