March 31st : GREEN APRICOT PUDDING
A very delicious and peculiarly fine-flavoured pudding can be made by putting a pottle of green apricots into paste, in a good -sized basin, filling up with white sugar powdered , and water ; add the usual top crust and boil the ordinary time.
